How to use

Before exercise: Take 1–4 capsules 30 minutes before you start.

During exercise: Take 1–2 capsules every 45–60 minutes, depending on how heavily you sweat and how long you exercise.

When do I actually need Salt Caps?

Extra sodium makes sense when several factors come together: prolonged exercise (over 60-90 minutes), heat or high humidity, heavy sweating and regular fluid intake. You don’t need Salt Caps for a short workout in cool weather or a typical strength session at the gym.

Common situations include long summer runs, extended bike rides, all-day indoor sports tournaments and races in the heat.

How do I know if I need more sodium?

Can I combine Salt Caps with a sports drink?

How much sodium is in one capsule?

Each Salt Caps capsule provides 125 mg of sodium, along with 80 mg of potassium and 15 mg of magnesium. The recommended daily serving of four capsules provides 500 mg of sodium.
