How often will my subscription ship?

You choose - every 30, 45, or 60 days. You can change your cadence anytime in your account. We send a reminder email 3 days before each delivery so you can skip, swap, or pause if needed.

How does the free bottle on my 2nd order work?

When your 2nd subscription order ships, we automatically add an extra sports bottle to the shipment. It's a one-time thank-you - you don't need to enter a code or contact us.

Can I skip, pause, or cancel?

Yes - all of it, anytime. Log in to "My Account" and you can skip the next order, pause your subscription, or cancel with two clicks. No lock-in, no cancellation fee.

When am I charged?

You pay for your first order at checkout. After that, your card is charged on each renewal date - always with a 3-day heads-up email so you can adjust before you're billed.

Do I still earn Complex Points on subscription orders?

Yes. Every subscription order earns Complex Points at the same rate as a one-time order.

Can I use a discount code with my subscription?

Your 20% discount on your first order, and 10% future-order subscription discount is applied automatically on every order. Other discount codes don't stack on top of it - only one discount can apply per order.

Which shipping option does my subscription use?

We automatically select the cheapest available delivery option for each of your subscription orders, so you never pay more than you have to. Shipping is free once your subscription order reaches €60.
